Return to the Body is a foundational body of work within Wild Grace Sisterhood devoted to rebuilding relationship with sensation, safety and trust.
Some people arrive here during periods of fatigue, overwhelm, or disconnection. In these moments you will not be asked to move, fix, or improve anything. These practices begin with listening—offering subtle ways to reconnect with the body that supports safety.
Others arrive feeling more resourced, curious, or ready to explore deeper layers of embodied awareness. This work is designed to meet a wide range of starting places, and to unfold gradually, allowing different expressions to emerge at your own pace.
There is no right way to be here
These practices are designed to meet you where you are—not where you think you should be. You don’t need to complete them in order, follow a schedule, or push yourself through anything. You can return to the same practice again and again, or simply listen without doing at all. This work is here to support relationship with the body, not performance—across a wide range of capacities and moments.

Wild Grace Sisterhood is a living space and ethos devoted to returning to the wisdom of the body, honoring rhythm, and moving at a pace that supports nervous system safety over time.
Return to the Body is an evolving, multi-layered body of work shared within this space. It is designed to unfold over time, moving from subtle practices of safety and sensing, into deeper engagement with movement, voice, and embodied expression, as each person feels ready.
